This giveaway (hereinafter, the "Giveaway") is organized by Homerdapp Service Technology S.L.U., B-21818570, with registered address at Av. Camino de lo Cortao 14, Portal 06, Floor 0, Door H, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid 28703 (hereinafter, "Homerd").
The purpose of the Giveaway is to reward the customer who registers their email during Homerd’s pre-launch phase with 2 free hours of cleaning services.
All individuals over the age of 18 residing in Spain who meet the conditions established in these terms may participate.
Employees of Homerd and their direct relatives are excluded from participation.
To participate, interested individuals must register on the website www.homerdapp.com.
Participation is free and does not require any purchase.
Once inside the Homerd app, users who registered during the promotional campaign will receive a €20 discount on cleaning services. This is equivalent to two hours of cleaning if the professional charges €10/hour. Any amount exceeding €20 must be paid by the user.
The number of winners eligible for the €20 discount on cleaning services is limited to the first 15 users who book a cleaning service through the app.
The €20 cleaning discount is for single use only, and will lose its validity immediately after the service is booked. It will not be renewed in the event of cancellation.
The participation period is from May 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
Any participation received outside this period will be disqualified.
Winners will automatically receive the reward upon registering their email on www.homerdapp.com/en.
They may then use their €20 discount at any time after the official launch of the Homerd app, and until a total of 15 cleaning services with the promotional discount applied have been completed by users registered during the campaign.
Once the 15th discounted cleaning service has been used, any further promotional discounts from this campaign will no longer be valid.
The prize consists of a €20 discount on cleaning services within the Homerd app. This is limited to provinces in Spain where Homerd is actively operating
Winners will be contacted by email after registration.
That email will include further details on how to redeem the two free hours of cleaning service.
Participants accept that their personal data will be processed by the Company for the purpose of managing their participation in the Giveaway and delivering the prize.
Data will be processed in accordance with current personal data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, and any other rights established under applicable law by contacting: informacion@homerdapp.com.
By registering your email on our website www.homerdapp.com or www.homerdapp.com/en, you agree to participate in the giveaway.
Homerd reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time for reasons beyond its control, without this generating any right to compensation for participants.
Homerd is not responsible for any damages or losses participants may suffer as a result of participating in the Giveaway or using the prize.
Homerd is also not liable for any technical issues that may affect the Giveaway, including internet connection failures that prevent participation or the correct receipt of participant data.
This Giveaway shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved before the competent courts of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
